Audio and notes
Audio files are processed solely to generate transcriptions and structured notes. They are deleted immediately after processing. Murmur does not store your recordings or generated notes on its servers.
Your email address
Your email address is used strictly for account authentication and to link your $9 Lifetime Access purchase to your account, so you can sign in on another device.
Payments
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Murmur does not store your credit card details on its servers. Purchase status is linked to your account to restore your access.
Data use
Your data is never sold to third parties or used to train public AI models. Audio and transcript content is sent only to the services needed to transcribe and format your note.
