The terms for using Murmur.
Generated notes
Notes are generated on an “as-is” basis using AI transcription and formatting models. Results can contain mistakes or omissions; please review important details before relying on or sharing a note.
Lifetime Access
The $9 Lifetime Access plan is a one-time purchase that grants unlimited note processing for your account, up to 60 minutes or 25 MB per file, subject to standard fair use. Lifetime Access lasts for as long as Murmur operates; it is not a guarantee of perpetual service.
Fair use and accounts
Use your account for your own notes. Do not share sign-in links, resell access, automate excessive submissions, upload content you do not have permission to use, or use Murmur for unlawful purposes. We may limit abusive usage to keep the service available to others.
Refunds
We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email info@londonmedia.pt for a full refund. Refund requests are reviewed fairly, and any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
